75 Years of Nakba: An Informative Session on the Palestinian Struggle

This year marks 75 years since the Nakba, which saw over 500 Palestinian villages destroyed and depopulated, and up to 1 million Palestinians forcibly expelled from their homes. The Palestinian Youth Movement acknowledges that 75 years after the Nakba began, it is still ongoing, and so too is Palestinian resistance.
To inform our community and allies of what the Nakba is, how it is ongoing, and why we support efforts to resist it, the First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa have invited us and our comrades from Independent Jewish Voices to conduct a panel discussion followed by a Q&A session on these pressing issues.
Join us at the First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa (30 Cleary Ave) on Sunday, May 7 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please use back entrance to access venue.
